I have had an Electrolux most of my life , so when I became an owner of a bridal shop , I immediately purchased an Electrolux. It lasted 15 years with heavy use daily. I've had other brands but nothing compares to the Electrolux for cleaning or longevity.
I've worked with other locations but highly recommend the Ellicott City location. The staff is so very helpful and kind.

Our Electrolux Central Vac power nozzle finally stopped working after 27 years. The owner, Wayne, came to replace the entire system. He was very efficient and was able to work around a problem caused by the initial installation. He was very informative, reviewed how the various vacuum components. After using the new system, we were immediately impressed with how much better the new system performed.
Wayne was a pleasure to work with and we were very pleased with the entire process.
We would highly recommend his company.

When I got married in 1972, my Mother gave me my first Electrolux vacuum because that is all she used - and that is all I have used these many years. However, I have never had a representative service my central Electrolux vacuum system as thoroughly as Wayne Bailey did today. In my experience, Wayne is in a class by himself. I need to go no further than to contact Wayne if I have any questions or concerns and I feel confident that his inspections and repairs will be done in a professional and thorough manner. So Happy! I just bought my 2nd Electrolux vacuum in 30 years. The new one has fresh and elevated suction power which really does a great job and has a 10 year full warranty. I got the Lux Legacy which is equivalent to my old one. What's great is that all of the attachments fit the new one too. I can super extend the wand for reaching up high... and have spare attachments. My 30 year old vacuum actually still works. It just needed a new carpet sweeper, so I treated myself to a whole new vacuum. It was time. I'm keeping the old one too for quick basement clean up. I'm also giving my son the 40 year old Electrolux my mother gave me. It works too!
I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that the owner/repair man/sale rep extraordinaire, Wayne Baily, was a fantastic person to work with. He knows his stuff and he made it fun! If you haven't had an Electrolux before, or even if you have, you can't go wrong.
Now I'm off to vacuum. I can't wait!

I have everything Electrolux. Three vacuums an air filter and a dehumidifier. Wayne the owner is terrific very friendly. I highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend this store enough! I am a third generation aerus electrolux owner, and my grandma gave me my machine. Wayne and his team took such good care of my vacuum, and it's working as good as new! They came to my home, fixed my machine, and brought it back in just a couple of days! I have been using Aerus air purifiers for over 12 years since getting the first unit from Aerus of Ellicott City. Recently the herbicidal UV light bulb started burning out 2-3 months after installing a new one on one of my units. I took the unit to the Ellicott City store to have it checked. I ended up getting a brand new Beyond Guardian Air unit with a great offer. I love their honesty and courtesy in service.

I am really grateful for the peace of mind that I got from the install of my machine. Not to go into too much detail but, there was toxic air in my rental that I have been disputing with my landlord about. This was causing me to have the worst allergies and not be able to sleep through the night. To top it off, I'm a vocalist so this was just causing me lots of issues. Although the work in my place still has to be done, I don't have to live with these symptoms in the meantime. The machine has been here about 4 days and the air is clean, I'm sleeping through the night and feeling refreshed in the morning. I feel more confident on stage....The customer service is amazing; I learned all the details from Wayne and felt good about my investment prior to the install. Highly recommend!

I am a longtime Electrolux customer. My old canister Electrolux died and Wayne Bailey from Electrolux helped me figure out what I needed to replace it. I bought 2 vacuums: one an upright for general use and the other a Veridian for the 2 sets of stairs that I have. (I am getting older and vacuuming the stairs has become a special concern.) I am very, very happy with both vacuums!
